Leigh Giordano, Medspa Director for BodyNew has a Bachelor's Degree in
Nursing from Univeristy of Illinois/Springfield withover 25 years of nursing
experience. She also has a Masters Degree in Gerontology, the study of
aging, from University of Illinois/Springfield. Leigh has attended over 500
hours of advanced certified training in skin care, laser technology and
state of the art non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Leigh has published
articles and wrote "How to Jump Start a Medical Esthetic Practice" for
medical professionals. She is a member of the American Nurses Association
and National Nurse Entrepreneurs Association. She has been involved in the
Arizona Board of Nursing Scope of Practice Committee to develop standards of
practice for cosmetic and dermatological procedures for Arizona nurses.

Leigh is one of the founding members and Vice President of the American
Association of Medical Esthetic Professionals and was instrumental in
developing the first nationally recognzed medical esthetic certification
exam for licensed medical professionals. As a faculty member of the
Esthetic Skin Institute, Leigh has taught hundreds of physicians, dentists,
nurses and nurse practitioners on the Art and Science of Botox and Dermal
Fillers. Leigh's provides expertise and hands on cosmetic procedures on
skin rejuvenation, radiofrequency devices, body contouring, facial sculpting
with botox and dermal fillers, laser hair removal and laser skin
resurfacing. She treats all skin types including acne, rosacea, melasma and
many other skin conditions. Leigh has experience with all FDA-approved
dermal fillers, has performed various depths of chemical peels,
microdermabrasion and skin care treatments. She has training and experience
