Dr. Ernesto Gomez graduated Medical School from the University of Colorado Medical Center and received the Colorado Obstetrics and Gynecology Award for his outstanding academic achievements.

After obtaining his Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1981, Dr. Gomez entered private practice at Mesa Obstetricians & Gynecologists, LTD. He is known for his caring bed side manner and extensive range of knowledge in the medical field. Phoenix Magazine has recognized his outstanding care of patients and awarded him one of Phoenix’s 'Top Doctors'.

To stay on top of the latest medical advancements, Dr. Gomez voluntarily has retaken his Board Certification in 2000, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2009. Dr. Gomez’s surgical specialties include minimally invasive and Robotic surgeries using The Da Vinci System. Dr. Gomez has been very successful in treating patients with various kinds of Hormone Treatments using traditional, bio-identical and Pellet therapies. In addition, Dr. Gomez treats Stress Incontinence both surgically and non-surgically. Dr, Gomez has been serving his patients in the Valley for almost 30 years.

He is a Previous Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is also a Spokesperson on Osteoporosis for GlaxoSmithKline and Roche. Dr. Gomez is a dedicated physician and a skilled surgeon. In his spare time Dr. Gomez enjoys barbequing, camping and traveling with his wife and five children.
