Crystal Perlmutter, LPN has over eighteen years of nursing experience. She attended Indiana University and Northridge Community College in California where she earned her degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Crystal began her nursing career in the ICU. She was intrigued with the heart and moved to Cardiac Cath Lab to assist in cardiac procedures. After six years in the hospital setting, she relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona. Crystal attended National Laser Institute and earned her certification as a laser specialist. Crystal became certified in a full array of aesthetic procedures including botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables. Crystal enjoys educating patients about their skin and the many needs created by our dry, desert climate.
